In 2024, Enkindle Consulting, a team of aged care consultants, developed Support at Home HQ to fill a crucial gap in the aged care industry.

Founded by seasoned veterans with over 35 years of combined experience, we recognise the challenges faced by registered providers in staying abreast of, and planning for, the evolving aged care market.

Nastasha (Tash) has been in the people care industry for 11 years, leading next-practice workforce, change management, and consumer experience teams within the aged care and disability industries. Strategic projects focus on staff, client experience, governance, and organisational development.

Jennene Buckley

Director

Jennene has 30 years of experience in the health, aged & community care industry, leading strategy, service design, digital transformation, and innovation. Previously holding the CEO and Executive Director positions at Feros Care for 20 years, Jennene grew the business from a $3m annual turnover to a $100m enterprise.

Ruby Buckley

Business Support

Ruby is a business and HR graduate who has spent the early part of her career in aged care and HR advisory. Being a digital native, Ruby has a keen interest in optimising technology to create contemporary business operations.

Georgina Gould

Support at Home HQ Advisor

Georgina has over a decade of experience across aged care, primary health, and regional development. With a background in project management, event management, marketing, and business operations, she has a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments. Georgina specialises in aged care reform and digital transformation, and now supports registered providers in navigating reform, driving innovation, and delivering meaningful change.
