As of 1 November 2025, the current Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program will be replaced by the Restorative Care Pathway, which is embedded within the Support at Home program. This pathway provides up to 16 weeks of allied health and/or nursing services, with each unit funded up to $6,000 and a maximum of two episodes per year.
